Congratulations to September’s Provider of the Month Jana Bolton. Jana is wonderful and always willing to help. She ensures individuals’ needs are always met. When asked to give an example of a good day at work, Jana responds “Everyday is a good day, I love the people I work with!” Jana began working in the social services field over 30 years ago. She is so thoughtful and kind. No matter what obstacles she faces, Jana always has a smile on her face. She puts others first and always finds a way to make them shine. Jana demonstrates how a provider should be on a daily basis with her outgoing personality and caring heart.

Nominees will be selected by vote from submission forms received the previous month. Just a small token of our appreciation for all that you do for the people in Shelby County!
