Congratulations to April’s Provider of the Month James Bettelon. James currently works for Person Centered Services (PCS) as a Direct Care Support Specialist. He embraces community integration and advocates for the people he works with. His calm approach and willingness to try new things has opened many doors for the people with developmental disabilities. With supports from James, an individual is now able to participate in activities that have not previously been available to him. James continuously comes to work with a smile despite the challenges he may face in the day ahead. The Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities recognizes and appreciates the support and time that is offered by James and Person Centered Services (PCS).
