Congratulations to July’s Provider of the Month Person Centered Services. Their entire staff works to increase the opportunities to improve independence for individuals in Shelby County and are introduced below:
April is a quick thinker and is always on top of things. She’s quick to find solutions when problems occur.
Lori is very kind and patient. She is the calm voice of reason when things get crazy. She understands and meets people on their level.
Jasmine is wonderful at staying calm when put in tough situations. She’s quick to turn any negative situation into positive. She’s fun and outgoing and brings the best out in the individuals.
Sandee is quick to jump into any messy situation and help out. She encourages and pushes individuals to their maximum potential.
Kurt is very approachable and works together with his team to solve problems. He truly has the individuals best interest at heart.
James has a calm approach when working with staff and individuals served. He is willing to try new things and embraces community integration.
The Community and Support Services Department would like to recognize our providers who go above and beyond for the people they support. Every month we will spotlight a “Provider of the Month”. Nominees will be selected by vote from submission forms received the previous month. Just a small token of our appreciation for all that you do for the people in Shelby County!
