Congratulations to March’s Provider of the Month, Chris Rodriguez. Chris is very thoughtful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy and safe. When emergencies arise Chris doesn’t think twice about stepping in. Chris volunteers a lot of extra time to do things for the people he works with. The Shelby County Board of DD is appreciative to all that Chris does.
The Community and Support Services Department would like to recognize our providers who go above and beyond for the people they support. Every month we will spotlight a “Provider of the Month”. Nominees will be selected by vote from submission forms received the previous month. Just a small token of our appreciation for all that you do for the people in Shelby County!
Providers of services to people with developmental disabilities may be independent (self employed individuals) or agencies. In either situation, providers must be certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities in order to provide services through waiver funding.
