Congratulations to October’s Provider of the Month, Brad Pleiman. Brad has been an Independent Provider for 18 months and enjoys working with Ryan. The two of them enjoy playing cards and getting out in the community to explore different options. Brad will often call or stop in to check on Ryan in his off time just to make sure he is ok. Brad works very well with Ryan and he assist’s with his family any way possible. We at the County Board are so pleased with Brad’s true interest in Ryan’s well-being and his dedication to Ryan. When asking Brad for an example of a good day would be he said, “A good day of work is any day that I get to sit and listen to Ryan’s stories and share a lot of laughs together.” Ryan is always happy and brings a smile to everyone he talks to.
